Payment Policy

At Mary Le Diamond, all transactions are conducted with standards of transparency, security, and convenience to provide a premium shopping experience for our customers.

1. Payment Methods

Mary Le Diamond accepts the following payment methods:

- Cash (VND): Applicable to transactions in accordance with current legal regulations.
- Debit Cards (ATM/Debit Card): Payment via the customer’s payment account in accordance with current regulations.
- Bank Transfer: Payment to Mary Le Diamond's official payment account.

Orders are only confirmed once Mary Le Diamond has received the full payment or the agreed-upon deposit for each product.

For custom-made designs or pre-ordered products, please pay the deposit at the rate notified at the time of order. The remaining balance must be settled before receiving the product.

2. Pricing

All prices listed at Mary Le Diamond’s store system and official sales channels are the prices at the time of the transaction.

Product prices may be adjusted periodically without prior notice, which will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with payment.

3. Invoicing

Mary Le Diamond provides value-added tax (VAT) invoices based on the information provided by you at the time of purchase.

To ensure the accuracy of the documents, requests for VAT invoices must be made on the day the transaction occurs.

4. Payment Information Security

Mary Le Diamond is committed to securing all of your payment information in accordance with the law and current security standards. Payment information is used solely for the purpose of processing transactions and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases required by competent authorities or payment intermediaries to complete the transaction.

Note:

According to Decree No. 232/2025/NĐ-CP (effective from October 10, 2025), for gold purchase and sale transactions valued at 20,000,000 VND or more in a single day by a customer, payment must be made through the customer's payment account and Mary Le Diamond's payment account opened at a bank, in accordance with the law.
