Return & Exchange Policy
This policy is established to ensure the legitimate rights of our customers while maintaining the product quality standards of Mary Le. Please carefully read the following terms before proceeding with any product exchange.
1. Applicable Period
- Customers are entitled to exchange products within 07 (seven) days from the purchase date stated on the invoice. Only one exchange is permitted per purchased product.
- This policy does not apply to product returns for refunds.
- The exchanged product must be equal or greater value compared to the original item.
2. Product Condition
The product requested for exchange must remain in its original condition as purchased — unworn, undamaged, and free from scratches or signs of use. Mary Le reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if the product does not meet these requirements.
3. Original Packaging and Documentation
- Exchanged products must be returned with full original packaging (box, pouch, accompanying accessories) and the original invoice.
- All relevant gemological certificates must be included.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
This policy does not apply to the following products:
- High Jewelry pieces or jewelry items crafted under special client requests.
- Custom or bespoke jewelry designs.
- Personalized items (e.g., engraved with names, symbols, dates, or other personal details).
- Products that have been resized or repaired, whether by Mary Le or a third party.
- Jewelry of exceptionally high value (Mary Le will specify at the time of transaction).
5. Inspection and Verification
- All items requested for exchange will undergo inspection by Mary Le and may also be verified by an independent third-party gemological institution.
- Inspection costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The inspection result serves as the final basis for Mary Le to approve or decline the exchange request.
