We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty against technical defects, along with free polishing and refurbishment services. To maintain the original brilliance of your jewelry, Mary Le recommends visiting our Boutique every 3–6 months for regular maintenance and care.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime warranty against technical defects (such as broken, loose pins, or loose stones due to technical faults).
Lifetime free service: polishing, refurbishing, and regular inspections.

Warranty does not apply to technical issues such as:
- Damage caused by customer actions, impacts, drops, contact with chemicals, etc.
- Natural wear and tear over time.
- Product loss or diamond loss is not due to a technical fault in the setting.

These issues are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty. Mary Le does not offer product exchange or return policies.
Note: The warranty policy will be voided if the product is repaired, altered, or modified by a third party other than Mary Le.
